Marrakech is also known for its Djemaa El Fna square filled with vendors, snake charmers, and monkey trainers. Luckily there was a terrace nearby so I didn’t have to get too close to the snakes. It was disturbing to see the caged and chained monkeys, especially for one that tried to escape unsuccessfully!
